The wranglers are parents who will provide supervision for the young cast members (in Hello Dolly, they are called “Parade Kids”). Sometimes, the group will finish rehearsing slightly before their departure time and the wranglers will keep the kids together and supervised until the departure time, when they will take the group to meet their parents on the third floor of the MAC and then down to the street level for curbside pick-ups. The wranglers are parents of the Parade Kids, which typically makes fairly convenient sign up for a shift or two.
