Avoid the processing fee

Our first tip to families is to purchase tickets in person at the Dayton Live box office in the lobby of the Schuster Center (across the street from Muse Machine). By purchasing in person, you avoid a 17% processing fee which is added to online or phone orders! There is also an additional $2.00-per-ticket fee for mailing tickets which is avoided by purchasing in person.  Click here for box office hours. 

Please note: The Schuster Center lobby is currently closed for renovations. During this time, the Dayton Live box office will be available in the Victoria Theatre lobby (right next to the Muse building).

Purchase sooner rather than later

The summer concert often sells out – there’s only one performance! It is entirely to your advantage to purchase tickets soon.
