Accessibility for Muse Performances

Muse Machine is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable theatre experience for all individuals with different abilities. Our musical home is at the Victoria Theatre, which offers services to our diverse audiences, including patrons who use wheelchairs and those who are deaf or hard of hearing. We welcome you to our next production!

Accessible seating for patrons with wheelchairs is available at the back of the orchestra level of the Victoria Theatre. There is an accessible entrance (with automatic doors) located to the south of the Victoria Theatre’s main doors. If you require special seating arrangements, please make your request through Dayton Live at least two weeks prior to the performance.

Patrons with service animals are welcome. These patrons are advised to purchase tickets early and notify Dayton Live of the requirements so that ideal seating can be secured.

Assistive listening devices are available and may be checked out from a house manager in the lobby at no charge.

Sign language interpretation is available for the Thursday performance of our musical by letting a ticket agent know that you would like this service when you order your tickets by December 12, 2022.

Communication for patrons with hearing and speech impairments is available by calling Ohio Relay Service at 1-800-750-0750. When the communication assistant responds, please type or say, “Ticket Center Stage at 1-888-228-3630” and you will be connected to a ticket agent.

The Dayton Live box office is located in the Schuster Center lobby. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The box office is also open in the Victoria Theatre lobby two hours prior to every Muse Machine performance. You may call Dayton Live at 937-228-3630 or order tickets online at www.ticketcenterstage.com.
